OUR WORK
OUR
MISSION
Our mission is to empower girls through sport.
At Raising Her Game we are dedicated to improving diversity and representation in girls’ sport, through creating a community where every girl has a pathway to ensure a lifelong love of sport.
Our 3 pillars; Outreach, Camps and Legacy, improve the lives of young people through sport by enhancing participation and perception of women's sports from the grassroots to the elite levels.

OUR WHY
Studies have found that in recent years youth participation in sport has been too low. These statistics are more extreme for girls and young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

Our mission is to help change this.

OUR APPROACH
OUTREACH
CAMPS
LEGACY

We run fun and energetic taster sessions - for girls only - at local primary in London. Led by professional female athletes, we inspire girls from low socio-economic and ethnically diverse backgrounds to join our multi-sports camps.
During school breaks we run multi-sports camps, offering rugby, hockey & football -led by diverse female coaches. We run inspiring Q&A sessions to help build the girls' confidence. Everything is free including kit, equipment, food and drinks.
To ensure continued participation, we provide a supported pathway from Camp to Club. We connect girls with our carefully-selected local ‘partner clubs’, and together we help the girls grow and thrive in their new sport, with financial assistance as necessary.
GRACE O'MALLEY -KUMAR FOUNDATION
We are delighted that the Grace O'Malley-Kumar Foundation is partnering with Raising Her Game to empower young girls from underrepresented backgrounds through sport.

This partnership is especially significant as it honours Grace's vibrant legacy. Her passion for sport and inclusivity inspired those around her, and this collaboration is a way to carry forward her vision. Together, we are ensuring that more young girls, regardless of their background, have access to safe, inclusive spaces where they can build confidence, develop skills, and realise their potential through sport.
